Eligibility

Nationality and Domicile

  • Candidate should be of Indian Nationality.
  • Candidate should be belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh only and should satisfy Local / Non-Local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh State Educational Institutions or 1974 as subsequently amended
  • Candidate should satisfy Local / Non Local status requirement as per AP GO MS NO 153
  • Candidate other than Indian National should satisfy the rules of the Universities concerned

For PG

You must have passed B.A./B.Sc. or an equivalent degree at a graduate level depending on the requirements for the particular course with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in the qualifying degree examination.

For UG

You must have passed 10+2 with relevant subjects

For PHD

Candidate must have Post graduation degree in relevant subjects

Admission Process

Candidates will be selected on the basis of the Ed. CET i.e., Education Common Entrance Test conducted on behalf of AP State Council of Higher Education.

It will comprise of objective type multiple choice questions. You will have to answer 150 questions in two hours duration with one mark for each correct answer. It will consist of the 3 parts.

  • Part-Awill be on General English with 25 questions.
  • Part-Bwill consist of General Knowledge having 15 questions and Teaching Aptitude having 10 questions.
  • Part-C: will be different for each course and you must choose the paper as per the course you have applied for. It consists of 100 questions for 100 marks.

You can choose from any of the following subjects:

  • Subject 1 – Mathematics
  • Subject 2 – Physical Sciences
  • Subject 3- Biological Sciences
  • Subject 4 Social Studies
  • Subject 5 English Methodology

Admit Card:

  • Visit the official website of the university.
  • Click on “Admit Card 2020”.
  • Now a login window will be opened on the screen.
  • Enter your Application number and Password.
  • Click on the ‘Submit’ tab.
  • The admit card will show on the screen.
  • Download the admit card and take print of it.

Steps to Download the Result:

  • Visit the official website.
  • Click on download the result.
  • Find your individual course and click on it.
  • Enter the details.
  • The result will be available in PDF format.
  • Check your result and download it for future.
